Terms Information

Service expectations and broadcaster responsibilities.

Publication notice: This is preliminary policy information, not a finalized binding agreement. The service operator must approve a complete privacy notice and contractual terms before public commercial onboarding.

About this service

RIGORSTREAM is software for preparing, managing, and distributing audio/video broadcasts. Service availability varies by infrastructure configuration, service tier, account eligibility, and third-party platform permissions.

Account responsibility

Users must keep credentials secure, use their own authorized accounts, and respect workspace roles. Workspace administrators are responsible for deciding who may access or publish from their workspace.

Broadcast rights

Broadcasters are responsible for securing necessary rights and permissions for music, video, participants, logos, recordings, and other content, and for following the rules of each destination platform.

Reliability

Live streaming can be interrupted by local networks, encoders, media infrastructure, upstream platforms, and third-party service outages. Users should complete preview and connectivity checks before important broadcasts.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, distribute unlawful content, or violate the rights of other people.

Commercial terms

Pricing, billing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, governing law, dispute resolution, and the legal contracting entity must be documented and approved before paid public subscriptions are launched.
