RIGORSTREAM policy information

Privacy Information

How RIGORSTREAM handles information.

Publication notice: This is preliminary policy information, not a finalized binding agreement. The service operator must approve a complete privacy notice and contractual terms before public commercial onboarding.

Information collected

Account registration may require an email address, authentication details, workspace information, technical diagnostics, and broadcast metadata. Content, guests, and destination settings may involve additional personal information supplied by the workspace operator.

Why information is processed

Information is used to authenticate users, operate workspace features, maintain service reliability, secure access, respond to support requests, and provide broadcasting functions selected by a customer.

Streaming and third parties

Selected platforms, hosting providers, authentication services, and media infrastructure providers may process information necessary to deliver the service. Destination platforms apply their own privacy policies when users choose to publish to them.

Security

Access controls, workspace isolation, and protected handling of sensitive integration credentials are part of the application design. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security.

Retention and individual rights

Retention periods, deletion procedures, and rights-request processes must be finalized by the service operator before general public onboarding. Broadcasts or materials sent to third-party platforms may remain subject to their retention policies.
